Dear Friends and Family,

     Hello! I really want to thank God for giving me this opportunity to share with you what’s been going on in my life lately. God has been teaching me and using me in many ways, and I believe He is just preparing me for things that are going to happen this year. A friend of mine had mentioned to me about a missions trip he was applying for and he wanted me to apply with him. So I began to pray about this and I decided to apply. I am excited to say that I’ve been accepted to join Adventures in Missions in their Next Step Program to the Dominican Republic. I would be leaving on September 12, 2007 and returning on May 15, 2008.

     As you can see this missions trip is for nine months, but I’ve discovered that what God has is greater and that I just really need to humble myself to follow Him. I believe that when I go I will be molded into what God really has for me in the future. I thank God because He has given me the desire to teach the youth and teach those who desire to grow in Christ. During this trip I will be discipled and trained in various areas and missions. I will also have the opportunity to minister to people that need to hear the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

     I thank God so much for this opportunity and I trust that He will meet all of my needs. My prayer is that He will do that through you. I would be so privileged if you can partner up with me financially or through prayer or both. I must raise $5,500 and that would go directly to AIM. I must also raise enough money to cover my air flights. Before leaving I must have the money to pay for my flights and at least 60% of my $5,500 in my account and the rest I can receive while I’m over there through pledges. You can either send money monthly or you can do it as a one-time special gift.

     I can’t wait to see how God will use me and what God will teach me through this great experience. I hope not only to be a blessing to those I serve, but to you as well. I hope that you really pray and consider being part of my ministry. Thank you and Be Blessed.
